For the cookie layer: combine dry ingredients (almond flour, cinnamon, vanilla, baking powder, coconut sugar) and then mix in wet ingredients (almond butter, unsweetened apple sauce), fold in chocolate chips.
For the brownie layer: mix dry ingredients (almond flour, cacao powder, coconut sugar, vanilla, baking powder) and then wet ingredients (apple sauce, almond butter).
Spread out the brownie layer first in a baking dish, then add the cookie dough on top.
Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 15-25 minutes.
